4 orange roughy fillets (about 6 oz each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Zest and juice of 1 lemon

In a bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
