Air Fryer Meatballs (Juicy + Quick)

These air fryer meatballs combine ground beef with breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and Italian seasonings. Perfectly browned exteriors with juicy centers in just 12 minutes!

  • Air fryer (3.5-6 quart)
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Cookie scoop
  • Cooking spray
  • Tongs
  • Meat thermometer

Ingredients
  

  • pounds ground beef 85/15 ratio
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine all meatball ingredients in large bowl. Mix gently until just combined.
  • Let mixture rest 5 minutes.
  • Using cookie scoop, form into 1.5-2 inch meatballs. Roll smooth between palms.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3-5 minutes.
  • Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Place meatballs in single layer with space between each.
  • Spray tops lightly with cooking spray. Air fry 6 minutes.
  • Flip meatballs, spray other side. Air fry 4-6 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  • Let rest 2-3 minutes before serving.

Notes

Don't overmix meat mixture—causes tough meatballs.
Use 85/15 ground beef for juiciest results.
Cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
Freeze uncooked meatballs up to 3 months.
Cooked meatballs keep 4 days refrigerated.
