- 1.5 lb beef stew meat cubed
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
- 2 carrots sliced
- 1 onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Dump ingredients: Place beef, sweet potatoes, carrots, onion, garlic, tomato paste, herbs, and broth in the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
