Easy Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches (4 Ingredients)

These crockpot buffalo chicken sandwiches combine boneless chicken breasts, tangy buffalo sauce, creamy ranch seasoning, and butter to create perfectly seasoned shredded chicken. With just four ingredients, this recipe proves that incredible taste doesn't require a lengthy shopping list.

  • Two forks

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 oz ranch dressing mix 1 packet
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 sandwich buns

Instructions
 

  • Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle ranch dressing mix evenly over chicken.
  • Pour buffalo sauce over chicken and place butter on top.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours until chicken reaches 165°F.
  • Remove chicken and shred with two forks.
  • Return shredded chicken to slow cooker and stir to coat with sauce.
  • Serve on sandwich buns with desired toppings.

Notes

Chicken can be cooked from frozen; add 1-2 hours to cooking time.
Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 4 days.
Freeze for up to 3 months.
Adjust buffalo sauce amount based on spice preference.
