  • Large wooden board or platter, small bowls, knives, spoons, decorative picks, napkins.

Ingredients
  

  • - 7 oz prosciutto thinly sliced
  • - 7 oz spicy salami sliced
  • - 10 oz aged cheddar cheese
  • - 11 oz manchego cheese
  • - 1 wheel brie or double cream cheese
  • - 1 wedge blue cheese or cranberry goat cheese
  • - 2 cups seedless grapes red and green
  • - 1 cup cherries or berries
  • - 2 persimmons or apples sliced
  • - 1 pomegranate seeded
  • - 1 cup marcona almonds and walnuts
  • - 1 cup Castelveltrano or Kalamata olives
  • - Assorted crackers and breadsticks
  • - Fresh rosemary edible flowers for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Arrange large items (cheese, bowls) spaced across the board.
  • Fold meats into ribbons or ruffles; layer between cheeses.
  • Fill gaps with fruit, nuts, and olives. Add crackers and breadsticks around edges.
  • Garnish with rosemary, pomegranate seeds, or festive cutouts.
  • Serve immediately, replenish as needed for crowd.
