Cranberry Orange Overnight Oats

Creamy, protein-rich overnight oats with juicy orange and tart cranberries—a perfect prep-ahead, high-protein breakfast for busy mornings!

Equipment

  • Mason jar or sealable container, spoon, grater/zester.

Ingredients
  

  • - 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • - 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • - 2/3 cup soy milk or regular milk
  • - 2 Tbsp fresh orange juice
  • - 2 Tbsp plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • - 1 Tbsp vanilla protein powder optional
  • - 1/2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • - 2 Tbsp dried cranberries
  • - 1 tsp orange zest
  • - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • - Pinch ground cardamom optional

Instructions
 

  • Add oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and protein powder (if using) to a jar.
  • Stir in milk, orange juice, yogurt, honey, cranberries, and orange zest.
  • Mix until everything is combined and oats are submerged.
  • Seal and refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 hours.
  • Enjoy cold, or warm in the microwave if preferred. Add extra fruit or nuts to serve.

Notes

Adjust consistency with extra milk as desired. For vegan, use plant-based yogurt and maple syrup.
